Long hours, deadlines, conferences, presentations these are just a few of the daily stresses employees and bosses face in the corporate world. With those daily stresses crowding our minds, we naturally begin to loose connectivity with our bodies, how we are feeling, if we ate well…all those important factors become irrelevant. We are here to help! As much as skipping a meal here or missing out on a family celebration there may seem like a good way to stay on top of work and be the best, that is a short term solution. Soon enough a burn out kicks in. The commute to work takes a little longer than planned one morning and frustration ruins the rest of your day.
