Become The Ultimate You
Our Goal
As a team we are here to teach parents about mind and body connectivity. We will guide them on how to live balanced, healthy lives as they face the emotions and stressors that may have come with bringing a child into the world. We focus on the parents regrouping in an environment where they feel safe and can speak freely about their fears. With postpartum exercise and breathing drills, we want parents to feel that they have a support system around them and they have a community to fall back on during this uncertain period. It is very important that parents feel empowered with ways they can relax once they are home and in times when everything around them may feel overwhelming or uncertain.
MOVING FORWARD WITH POSTPARTUM EXERCISE
TrainQuility believes it is crucial for all mothers to receive daily health tips and a little guidance on how to physically handle a baby and the impact that carrying and picking up a child regularly without proper form can cause on the mother’s body. As a result part of our postpartum exercise program includes instructing mothers on how to properly pick up a child from a crib and how to correctly hold their child to avoid future back injury. We offer informational guides so that mothers are equipped with the proper tools to be strong healthy mothers. Once the mothers are done working with us they will have the knowledge on how to balance a healthy lifestyle with motherhood.
